Ages 11 thru 15.  Program focuses on self defense, fitness and leadership development.

Teen Program centers around self defense, fitness and leadership development.  You don’t have to be fit to start the martial arts.  You get fit through training in the martial arts.  Continued training past Black Belt can offer martial arts career opportunities both part and full time.  Our Teen Classes concentrate on developing Focus to complete tasks, Self-Discipline to resist distractions and peer pressure, and Leadership to make the right choices and develop self empowerment to be the leader and not a follower.
